We liked everything at jianguo including staff and rooms. Vacation base for trip in Xi'an. There's can’t find anything wrong, we would return there. Located 500 feet from the hotel, Sufu ji Chuancai was a good choice to eat...

good sleep in a comfortable bed. a huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like greenery cafe that was only 15 minutes' walk away. we liked the fact that we chose jianguo.

The room was clean, cosy and well-equipped. Comfortable beds, clean and well-equipped bathroom. Great location with MTR station and airport bus service nearby. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Susie. Value for money.

Helpful staff, especially Susie, who spoke fluent English.

The hotel is centrally located, right next to a main metro stop, making it convenient to explore the city. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff, especially Willin at check-in, were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. The room was clean and cosy, with all the necessary amenities including a safe, wardrobe, kettle, and multiple telephones. The bathroom was well equipped with a bath, shower, and a variety of toiletries. Additionally, the hotel offers a convenient airport bus service after checkout.

We had a great stay at a hotel near many attractions, making it easy for us to explore. The room was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. We also enjoyed the convenient access to the subway station right in front of the hotel.

Some parts of the hotel, like the shower, could use a deeper clean and renovation.

Had a great new year experience at this hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They offered us complementary champagne and provided us with a special new year dinner. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. Also, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The room was a bit small and outdated. The air conditioning was not working properly which made the room a bit stuffy.

Mi sono trovato davvero bene durante il mio soggiorno presso questa struttura. La posizione è ottima, molto vicina alla spiaggia e ben collegata con l'aeroporto. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari come l'aria condizionata e una macchina per il caffè. Il servizio era impeccabile, il personale cordiale e disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto anche la colazione a buffet, anche se il prezzo era un po' elevato. Inoltre, la struttura offriva molti servizi extra come la palestra e il noleggio gratuito di biciclette.

L'unico aspetto negativo che ho riscontrato è che la camera era un po' rumorosa, a causa dei rumori esterni come il traffico.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which provided luxurious amenities such as private facilities and an exclusive bar/lounge area. the service was impeccable, and the swimming pool was a perfect place to unwind after a long day exploring the city. the room advantages such as the comfortable bedding and spacious bathroom made us feel like royalty.

The only issue we experienced was with the hotel's location, which was slightly far from the city center. Despite that, the venue still provided a free shuttle service which alleviated the inconvenience.
